Abstract: Agile organizations rely on individuals and teams that have to introduce constant organizational designs and
coordinated responses to extreme turbulent environments. Team-based coordination and self-synchronization require cognitive robustness and resilience based
upon knowledge, not only information, and not only data. The conceptual framework first explains why the the mechanist view of
shared awareness is not relevant for the issue at stake, and then introduces cognitive references with Weick and Boisot. The presentation elaborates about
a comparative case study: air combat vs. air display.

Abstract: Cette présentation vise à dépasser les approches macro-économiques traditionnelles et à souligner les enjeux des exportations
d’armement du point de vue du management stratégique des compétences et des technologies. Dans un premier point, la présentation introduit les tendances apparues depuis
les années 2000 et les principales statistiques sur le commerce des armes, avec les principaux pays exportateurs et importateurs. Un deuxième point décrit la globalisation
du marché des biens de Défense et de la chaîne d’approvisionnements dans cette industrie. Il permet de faire le lien avec la place des biens échangés dans la chaîne de valeur.
Un troisième point souligne les enjeux liés aux exportations d’armement du point de vue de l’industrie, et des politiques publiques pertinentes pour les soutenir.
